Each month, we try to go behind the scenes of the magazine to give you, our loyal reader/listener, an inside look at the creation of the issue. Well for the June issue, we’ve sort of tripled down on that idea. So far, we have recorded a live podcast about the summer getaways package and as well as an episode discussing our Pete Rose feature package. Now, we are talking about one summer getaway in particular: caves. Writer Cait Barnett joins us to discuss her exploration of Mammoth Cave, located near the Kentucky/Tennessee border, and learn exactly how creepy it is to be standing in pure darkness. After that, we discuss the banner group of musical artists playing in Cincinnati this month and even sample some tunes from local band Multimagic.
