Serving Our Community The University of Cincinnati Cancer Institute, a partnership between UC Health and the UC College of Medicine, offers patients advanced care not available elsewhere in the region. Our teams include specialists from multiple disciplines who work closely with colleagues conducting basic and translational research. This unique collaboration allows our teams to provide the personalized, research-driven treatment and access to clinical trials found only in an academic setting.

Our institute is composed of 16 centers, programs, and services and includes nearly 250 faculty representing the cancer continuum from the research bench to the patient beside. We house the region’s only Phase 1 clinical trials unit for advanced cancers and one of only 23 centers in the U.S. offering proton therapy that can target tumors with remarkable precision.
