M is for Mchaikhi (Alex) and Maass (Owen), owner and chef, respectively, of the casual eatery located next to Cumin. A semi-circular bar wraps an open kitchen; a huge wood-fired oven flavors a simple menu of gratins, vegetables, hand cut primal portions of meats, and thin-crusted pizzas. Mmmmmmm.
