“The Art of Hair” returns to The Carnegie on January 12, filling the stage with outrageous creations crimped and curled by an army of local stylists. There are two runway showings this year because the biannual event (it’s a fundraiser for The Carnegie) is always packed. And it’s dangerous to have that much hairspray in a full house.
