The dedicated BE NKY Growth Partnership team works every day to build and elevate Northern Kentucky as a prime location for business. In 2024, we worked with 18 companies, securing 1,467 new jobs and $499 million in capital investment. Women make up more than half our staff, and six team members are especially crucial to our success. Kimberly Rossetti, Angie Mulberry, Devon Greco, Kim Spreder, Christine Russell, and Cheryl Besl all work to bring new companies to NKY, support our existing businesses, provide workforce and real estate solutions, and promote NKY on a national and international level as part of BE NKY’s efforts to grow the economy in Boone, Kenton, and Campbell counties.
