When outdoor activities are out of the question, it’s easy to default to couch mode. Don’t give in! Load up the family and take advantage of these indoor spots where everyone can have fun.

Mosaic Climbing
For climbing lovers or those who want to get into the activity but don’t know how, Mosaic is the place to be. At Defy, which opened in November 2019, boredom is out of the question with enough activities and courses to keep busy for days. Defy also offers group rates and birthday parties so long as there are 10+ guests.

Although Kings Island is closed for the season, there’s an equally fun alternative right next door: Great Wolf Lodge. Splash it up at this indoor water park—hop on a tandem inner tube and zip down Alberta Falls, one of the lodge’s many thrilling water slides. Rather stay dry? Go bowling, take advantage of the spa, or set off on a MagiQuest, an interactive adventure set throughout the lodge.
