After three years of working together at Macy’s, Ryan Alleman made an exception to his “no dating a coworker” rule by asking Tracy Minich on a date. A year and a half later, he proposed on a rainy September Sunday.

The couple celebrated their big day on August 15, 2020. Tracy and Ryan each had rosaries blessed by their celebrant, Father Michael Graham. The ceremony took place on the Solemnity of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, making the tribute to Mary even more special to them. Following the ceremony, the wedding party visited Our Lady of Peace Chapel at Xavier University, where Ryan proposed, for a few group photos.

The happy couple currently resides in White Oak. The groom continues to work for Macy’s as a director of financial planning and analysis, and the bride works as a senior financial analyst at Medpace.
