Retaining the Cincinnati Open in Mason furthered the 50-year history of the Lindner Family Tennis Center and Grizzly golf course in Mason, igniting a partnership that will forever change the landscape along I-71, one of the most strategic economic development corridors in the State of Ohio. The site has played host to some of the most prestigious tennis and golf events in the world, and is undergoing a transformation that will elevate both men’s and women’s tennis, racquet sports, and golf operations. The City of Mason is creating a legacy project that will further its complement of world-class community amenities that align with its culture of wellness, enhance recreational programming opportunities, and drive economic development initiatives that are pacesetters for the region.
