Findlay Market Chili Fest

Findlay Market’s annual Chili Fest returns to warm you up from the bitter cold we’re expecting this weekend—if you haven’t seen, there’s a high of 30 on Saturday, and it only gets colder from there! Head to the market for various spicy items like buñuelos, spicy cheeses, and (of course) chili that will make you forget it’s even winter time at all. $20 gets you 8 dishes from any vendor you like.

Art on Vine 2024

Art on Vine returns for their 11th year in 2024, and this year’s first is at Rhinegeist Brewery. This monthly art show feature fine art and handmade goods available to purchase from over 80 Ohio-based vendors. Of course, you can also enjoy one of Rhinegeist’s famous brews while you shop.

Cincy Hikes: The Seven Hills Of Cincinnati – Mount Adams

In the first of their new series where they’ll hike one of Cincinnati’s Seven Hills each month of the year, Cincinnati Hikes will be hiking the Eden Park Outer Loop in Mt. Adams this Saturday.  These hikes are free and socially-oriented, with a bit of history on the trail and the area from the hike’s host. RSVP required.

Burnet Woods Nature Encounters Series

For another winter-themed nature event, head over to Burnet Woods for the return of Cincinnati Parks’ free nature series, no registration required. This Saturday’s event, the second, will have guests perform several winter science experiments that can be replicated in your front yard.

49th Annual Martin Luther King Day March

The annual MLK Day march at the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center is this upcoming Monday. The march will go from downtown all the way to Washington Park, where attendees will see speeches and a live music performance. The program continues at the nearby Music Hall at noon, where community leaders will speak on love, power, and justice.
