When Jessica Moulis was bartending at Mt. Adams Pavilion, Doug Hollern asked her out several times before she finally agreed. His persistence paid off. At their theatrical wedding celebration on June 1, 2019, doves were released at the end of the ceremony, creating a dramatic and symbolic moment for the couple and their guests.

The bride kept her vendors close. Her sister, Holly Moulis, was the wedding planner. Her dad, Scott Moulis, built the stage and trellis for the ceremony, and her high school art teacher, Stephanie Martinez, created the floral arrangements.

The bride works as a bartender, actor, and dance instructor, while the groom is an orthopedic surgeon. The happy couple currently resides in Brooklyn, New York.
