Restaurants, like so many other businesses during these difficult times, have found ways to adapt to the COVID-19 crisis. Some local eateries have created family-style to-go meals with larger servings (often for four or six people) that have a lower per-portion cost than individual entrées. Here are a few locations in the suburbs that are offering family meals for takeout, some with curbside pickup.

Tano Bistro, Hamilton

Tano Bistro is serving pickup orders on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. through its carryout window. While the menu changes each week, they post updates on their Facebook page and generally offer three entrées options for a hot meal that serves four people, usually with sides like cheddar grits or maple bacon–glazed carrots. A hot meal costs about $40 for a four-person serving, though there are some à la carte options for additional sides or a dessert. Call ahead to place your order.
