ESTABLISHED: 1932

MISSION: Our mission is to create and support one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth. Our vision is that all children reach their full potential.

SERVING OUR COMMUNITY: The agency serves children in 13 counties in Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky & SE Indiana. Our goal is to clear the path to a child’s biggest possible future by matching them with a caring adult mentor. Bigs help Littles by Igniting, Empowering and Defending their potential. We partner with parents/guardians, volunteers and others in the community and hold ourselves accountable for each child we serve achieving:
• Higher aspirations, greater confidence, and better relationships
• Avoidance of risky behaviors

What does Success look like?
Of the 892 children served in 2021:
