This contemporary abode with a wooded two-and-a-half-acre lot is one of just six homes on a private drive in Delhi Township. It’s also been fully renovated with some pretty sleek updates, says listing agent Robin Glace, who notes the current homeowners “re-did the home inside and out.”
Our favorite update just might be the wraparound deck, which provides ample views of the home’s wooded lot, especially now in summer. Then again, we also really like the living room, with its angled, beamed ceiling, exposed brick, and geometric-shaped wall cutouts, offering an unobstructed view into the dining room (which, by the way, has a really cool light fixture over the table).

The kitchen is an ultra sleek space, too, with black built-in cabinetry and a long, cushioned bench that runs the length of the room, doubling in places as a window seat. And, if you’re looking for ideas on how to finish a basement floor you should check out the lower level, where the homeowners chose an epoxy finish instead of traditional carpet or tile. Not only does the auburn-colored concrete shine like glass, it makes the space look way more interesting than an ordinary rec room—a fitting foundation for a truly unique home.
