Their romance began as friends, spending nights overlooking the city from the steps of Holy Cross-Immaculata Church. After six years of dating, Tyler Strotman proposed to Brianna Escoe at that very spot.

Brianna cites their reception venue coordinator, Angi Neises, for keeping the evening on track, hiring additional servers to ensure everything ran smoothly. With a backless design, tailoring Brianna’s silk gown was a challenge, but seamstress Gerri Taker of A Fit of Perfection pulled out all the stops, adding boning and strings that could be adjusted the day of the wedding.

The bride is a Marketing PhD student at the University of Cincinnati, and the groom is a senior risk consultant at Hauser. The happy couple currently lives in Hyde Park.
