We’ve written about castles before, but we’re pretty sure this one takes the cake. It’s only 13 years old but has a more classic look, thanks to its limestone exterior—a favored material of architects in eras past that’s costly but infinitely more sophisticated than most modern building materials.
High design is the order of the day on the interior of this home, too, with vaulted, beamed and tray ceilings throughout; multiple kitchens; a wood-paneled bar; a home theater; a wine-tasting room; and a little girl’s dream bed—round and perched up on a pedestal. Our favorite space inside, though, just may be the movie star–quality master bath, which features a circular tub, bay window, crystal chandelier, coffered ceiling, sparkling marble floors, and a built-in window seat with a view of the wooded lot.

Outside, the home spans more than five acres and includes a swimming pool and pond with a massive waterfall beside the property’s original barn. Even the garage in this home is worth a look; paved in decorative stone and brick and lined with arched doorways, we can say with certainty it’s one of the prettiest garages we’ve ever seen and very much in keeping with this home’s all-around elegant theme.
