Great American Ballpark Gets Boozy

Tennessee’s first legal moonshine, Ole Smoky, is bringing a hefty dose of mountain culture to Great American Ball Park. In honor of the company’s new partnership with the Cincinnati Reds, the ballpark will rebrand its Party Barn into something called the “Ole Smoky Moonshine Party Barn.”

The new barn, set to launch by Opening Day, will feature a replica of a 100-gallon moonshine pot still straight from Gatlinburg. And they’ll be serving up a handful of cocktails, all naturally featuring Ole Smoky moonshine.

The Barn will be open and serving for every home game this season, and the cocktails will also be available at concessions around the park. But be forewarned, friends: Just because it’s legal doesn’t mean it won’t tear you up. So do proceed with caution, unless you want to find yourself in a fistfight with Mr. Redlegs.
