Liz has reported on a wide variety of subjects for Cincinnati Magazine since she first started freelancing in 2009, from historic homes to innovative doctors. But the food stories are the ones that really whet her writerly appetite. Wedding cakes, schnecken, waffles, gelato, pizza—all have been sampled and diligently reported on in the name of investigative journalism. (Just don’t tell her editors she would gladly write about these things for free.) Liz graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in marketing and has a day job as a copywriter at a local e-learning and consulting firm.
