You’ve likely driven by this tiny restaurant (the sushi bar only seats four) on Edwards Road a hundred times on your way to I-71. With its sherbet-painted interior and inviting service, Asiana is one of those treasures right under your nose. The pad Thai is superb—not too oily or too dry—but I like the pad woo sen (stir-fried glass noodles with napa cabbage, carrots, baby corn, snow peas, scallions, and chicken) even more. The curries are fabulous, with chunks of vegetables or meats, and if you bring in your own beer or wine, it’s definitely a party on the cheap.
