The Mercantile Library
The Mercantile Library celebrates its 17th anniversary and the
completion of a recent renovation. In our April 2010 issue, we ran
photos of the library past and present, and those images appear here.

Established as The Young Men’s Mercantile Library Association in April 1835, the library holds a 10,000-year lease on its 11th- and 12th-floor space in the Mercantile Building on Walnut Street.
