West Chester resident and Mellow Mushroom employee Glen Allen Davis recently won a national Mellow Mushroom homegrown challenge with the creation of his Chicken Cordon Bleu calzone. Featuring chicken, maple-glazed ham, Swiss and mozzarella cheeses, and a dijonnaise sauce, his signature dish will be available at the West Chester location from now until March 31. Way to go, Glen!
