Our Best Restaurants 2015 team had a lot on their plates, as it were: The group of four intrepid diners visited more than 20 local restaurants in a matter of weeks (many multiple times), ate as much food as they could handle, took copious notes, held debates, and wrote up detailed reviews of their Top 10 picks. But since the internet is a magical place without fixed word counts, we don’t have to stop at 10.
