Do your weekend plans involve you staring at the Netflix homepage, paralyzed by choice? Here are some better ideas. (Heads up: Some of these events are one-night-only or in their final days, so act fast).

Crafty Supermarket
Featuring crafters and artists from all over the country, this shopping event expects to draw thousands from the tri-state area. Whether you’re looking to buy a gift or do some self-love spending, you’re bound to find some unique buys. Check out our article about some of the vendors here. April 25, 11 a.m.-6 p.m., Clifton Cultural Arts Center, 3711 Clifton Ave., craftysupermarket.com

The Taming of the Shrew
Cincinnati Shakespeare Company closes out their namesake’s classic Taming of the Shrew on Saturday, exploring what it was like to have a teenage daughter back in the 16th century (hint: it wasn’t any easier). April 25, 7:30 p.m., Cincinnati Shakespeare Company, cincyshakes.com

The Lion King
The famous 40-actor stage rendition of the Disney classic comes to its Cincinnati close this weekend. Probably thanks to The Vault, it’s not available on Netflix stream anyway, so do yourself a favor and go see it live. Through April 26, Aronoff Center, cincinnatiarts.org

StarkBier Fest
Listermann hosts their third annual craft beer festival, with participation from close to two dozen local breweries serving $2 samples and $5 pints, all in addition to live music and food. Friday 5 p.m.-midnight; Saturday noon-11 p.m., Listermann Brewing Company, 1621 Dana Ave, listermannbrewing.com

Jay Leno
The former talk show host rekindles his love for live-in-person comedy, bringing the Queen City some classic stand-up. April 24, 8 p.m., Taft Theatre, 317 E. Fifth St., tafttheatre.org
