You don’t have to be a history buff or avid train aficionado to enjoy photographer John W. Barriger III’s iconic black-and-white images of railroads and trains from the early 20th century. A compilation of his work—considered to be one of the largest and most exemplary collections of its kind—is coming to the Cincinnati Museum Center November 16, in collaboration with the National Railroad Hall of Fame, the Center for Railroad Photography and Art, and the John W. Barriger III National Railroad Library. Free admission, John A. Ruthven Exhibition Gallery, Nov. 16, 2013 – Jan. 20, 2014, Monday-Saturday, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. and Sunday, 11 a.m.-6 p.m.
