Halloween Surprise: Katie and Art initially met at Art’s brother’s wedding, but it wasn’t until the same brother threw a Halloween party that the two actually got to know each other. Art wore a Care Bear costume and stood there, light-up belly and all, talking to Katie like they had known each other for years.
