Tegan and Sara’s evolution from indie folk upstarts to heartsick pop mainstays is complete. The raven-haired Canadian duo’s seventh full-length, last year’s Heartthrob, is a synth-driven affair rife with the twins’ interweaving vocals and enough hooks to power a dozen albums.
