A Taste of Duveneck

Music, art, and food make up a perfect cultural trifecta, and Cincinnati Art Museum features all three together in A Taste of Duveneck. The museum lobby and courtyard will be filled with live music from Soul Pocket (this magazine’s Best of the City winner for Best Wedding Band in 2010), a who’s-who of Cincinnati restaurants (Dewey’s Pizza, BonBonerie, Montgomery Inn, and Django Western Taco, plus more than twenty others), and a silent auction selling original artwork, fine jewelry, home decorations, enviable vacation destinations, and valuable restaurant deals. You can feel good about bidding too: All the proceeds support Cincinnati Silver: 1788–1940, an exhibition of Cincinnati-made sterling silver that will open to the public on June 12. Tickets to the Taste of Duveneck start at $80. Pro tip: if you’re under 40, you get the sweet reduced rate of $55. It’s basically a reverse senior citizen discount.
