Tired of the same old happy hour? Get down to Findlay Market on Thursday for their first-ever Lamb Jam. The American Lamb Board, in conjunction with Findlay Market and the American Culinary Federation are hosting a Chopped-style lamb cook-off. Ten teams will compete, each consisting of a chef, a foodie celebrity, and a culinary student. The team will get 10 pounds of ground lamb and a boneless leg, a basket of mystery ingredients, and a $50 voucher for the market. Teams start cooking at 5 pm. By 6, 100 samples must be ready for purchase (at $1 per plate) and the judges will weigh in at 6:30. Adult beverages from Rhinegeist and Market Wines will be available for purchase.
