Former Local 127 Chef Steve Geddes is now the Director of Operations for the Charlie Palmer group. This is a pairing that makes sense: Geddes has worked with Palmer in the past as a wine director at Aureole, Mandalay Bay. The Charlie Palmer group owns and operates a dozen restaurants–serving a variety of cuisines from progressive American fine dining, to Italian, classic chophouse, and even upscale burgers–spread across California, Nevada, Washington, D.C., and New York.
