Hometown favorite Graeter’s has debuted not one but two new products: a “slightly less indulgent” ice cream made with 50% less sugar and 25% less fat, and an infinitely more indulgent line of gelato flavors—all made with that famous small batch French Pot process.
Dining Editor Joanne Drilling has declared her favorites to be the reduced-fat Mint Chocolate Chip (“The mint flavor is crisp and clean.”) and the caramel truffle gelato (“It’s very boozy and rich!”), both pictured above. Other flavors include dark chocolate truffle gelato (also pictured), reduced-fat vanilla with milk chocolate truffles, and hazelnut truffle gelato. Go and get it, Cincinnati.
