According to press release from La Poste Chairman Jens Rosenkrantz, Andrew Mersmann is now the Executive Director of Operations and Executive Chef at Clifton’s La Poste Eatery and the Northside Django Western Taco. Kelly Lough and Dave Taylor have moved on to other opportunities. Kelly Lough is now managing at Salazar and Dave Taylor is participating in at least one pop-up brunch with Nick Marckwald from Hen of the Woods. Best of luck to all.
