Dine Italia Brings The Flavor
Cincinnati’s Italian history gets less play than its German one, but that doesn’t make it any less delicious. From Oct. 3–13, a group of local and regional Italian restaurants will celebrate Italian culture, food, and wine with Dine Italia. This event is a little different from a regular restaurant week, where each participating restaurant offers a set menu for a universal price. For Dine Italia, each location will offer their own presentations and specials on Italian dishes and drinks, but each restaurant will be priced separately. Look for a $30 three-course dinner at Vito’s Café, featuring dishes like crispy black olive polenta with wild mushrooms and slow-braised pork osso buco. Or visit Bella Luna for escarole salad with Meyer Lemon and Parmigiano Reggiano, Brussels sprouts with pancetta and maple glaze, and cheese ravioli with pumpkin sauce. Mangia!
